Tai Chi Chuan / Taijiquan
The holistic Art from China

Tai Chi Chuan, also called Taijiquan or Tai Chi, is a holisitic martial art from China, which combines physical exercise, relaxation, mental training, self defence and meditation. It is also a highly developed Chi Kung (Qi Gong) system for cleansing, harmonising and strengthening the energy systems.


Unfortunately, Tai Chi is often taught and practiced merely as a form of dance or relaxation exercise. This art offers much more than just that!
